Hi, we’re Fergus and Sharmin. Between 2012 and 2020 we ran Brick House, an award-winning bakery and two cafes in South East London. Following the closure of our business we’ve been working on various projects including bakery and café consultancy, brand partnerships, and our latest venture, Brick House At Home, a monthly bakery tutorial club.
