We are looking for two CDP level chefs to join our growing team in the kitchens of our busy cafes in East Dulwich and Peckham.
Working under Exec Chef Kieran Barry (Canton Arms / Bristrotheque / Shrimpy’s / Comptoir Gascon), the kitchen's focus is to make simple but delicious dishes using high quality, seasonal ingredients. Our menus change weekly, often utilising sourdough and other products such as charcuterie, jams, pickles, chutneys and pastry that are made in house. No night shifts, no tweezers, no sous vide.
We are a young, creative business that is looking to expand, so there are plenty of opportunities to progress as we grow.

We are looking for experienced Baristas to work across our cafes in East Dulwich and Peckham Rye.
We run a La Marzocco Linea and Mazzer & Mythos grinders, Square Mile supply our beans, and we get our milk from Northiam Dairy. We also offer dairy free alternatives from Bonsoy, Oatley, Almond Breeze.
Since opening our first cafe bakery in March 2015, excellent coffee has become an integral part of our offering. As a Brick House Barista it will be your responsibility to maintain standards of quality, consistency and service that our customers have come to expect.
